- Cancellation Policy for Consultation Services
- 1 Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel/postpone for one time only in future your consultation appointment up to 1 week before the scheduled time without incurring any cancellation fees as per the availability of the slot.
- 2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the consultation fees and the bookings canceled 2 days prior or later are subject to 100% Cancellation fees.
- 3 No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your consultation appointment without prior cancellation notice, the full consultation fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
- Cancellation Policy for Learning Courses
- 1 Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your enrollment in a learning course up to 7 days from the date of enrollment and receive a full refund of the course fee.
- 2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified deadline are non-refundable.
- Refund Policy
- 1 Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the specified cancellation deadlines for consultation services and learning courses, as outlined above.
- 2 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
